The Mosque of Emir Mughulbay Taz locates in Bint El Ammar alley off El Salibah Street. It was constructed by Emir Taz who was one of Sultan El-Nasir Muhammad Mamluks and who was appointed later on as the Grand Dawadar. He became one of the administrating Emirs in the days of Sultan Hasan until Emir Shaykhu revolted against him. The small mosque of Maghelbay Taz has an elongated horizontal facade with two pairs of windows under a stalactite cornice. Unfortunately, The minaret has lost its final, but the arabesque flourish at the top remaining level is unusual.
