The Tomb of Umm Kulthum situates in El-Imam Elleithy Street few meters away from Yehia El-Shabihy Mausoleum in El-Imam El-Shafey Street. It is the tomb of Umm Kulthum Bint Ali who was one of the ninth-generation of the Family of Prophet Mohammed and who arrived Egypt in the 9th century. The tomb was renovated in 1122 by the Minister Mamun El-Bataihi. The only remaining part of this tomb is the Mihrab that is distinguished by its beautifully decorated shell hood and the niches that are ornamented with eught stars and with the names of Prophet Mohammed and Umm Kulthum father's name.
