This gold vase is one of the small gold works that were discovered in the archaeological site of the sanctuary of goddess Bastet in Tell Basta .

The style of decoration of this piece was widely used during the New Kingdeom especially in ornamenting the funerary objects . The neck is adorned with four registers of floral paintings and the handle is shaped as moving circle fixed in a cow-shaped motif . The domed body of the small vase is decorated with small geometrically shaped beads . The upper part of the vase is adorned with a lying rim picture .
