These two attractive gold bracelets were discovered in El Kharga Oasis in the archaeological site that was once a temple for Isis and Serapis in the Roman Period . These two bracelets were discovered together with another diadem with the same style and are assumed to belong to one of the priests of the temple .

The bracelets are similarly decorated and made of thin striped gold sheets supported wit thick motif of vine leaves . In the center of the larger bracelet appears an oval-shaped black stone surrounded by black and white borders while the other one is centered with a rectangular black stone .
