Tekiya of El-Rifaeya locates in Bulaq next to the building of the World Trade Center and opposite to the House of Ahmad El-Rifaey who was regarded as the founder of the Rifaey Mazhab that was adopted by many people in the Medieval Egypt and the saint of the Snake Charmers in Egypt. This building involves the cenotaph of Muhammad Ali El-Maghribi. This building served for several purposes through out history; some times it was a Mosque-Madrasa and a hospice and other times as an elementary school and sewing center.
