The Sabil-Kuttab of Khesrew Pasha lies in El Muiz Le Din Allah Street nearby the Madrasa of El-Saleh Nagm El-Din . It was constructed by Khesrew Pasha who occupied the position of the ruler of Egypt in the Period from 1534 to 1536. The noblemen of the Ottoman period were used to establish the Sabil to provide the thirst passersby with cold water, and the Kuttab as a place for studying Quran and prophetic instructions. It is worth time to notice the beauty of the free-standing fountain of the Sabil and the structure and decoration of the monument that looks like that of the earlier Mamluk one.
