These two gold necklaces were found in the Tomb of Princess Khnumit and are distinguished from all the pharaonic treasutes with their Syrian style . It is assumed that these jewels were gifted to the princess by a Syrian prince .

The first necklace is shaped as a blue enamel plaque at the center adorned with the image of a dappled heifer in a round border . From the circular pendent hang down three stars and the upper part of the necklace is adorned with two gold rosettes on either side of the pendant .

The second necklace is rather simply decorated than the former one , since it is only ornamented with some thin heart-shaped pendants . The third necklace is the most attractive of the collection . It is highly admired for the butterfly-shaped pendant in the center . The fourth necklace is gracefully decorated with small shell-shaped pendants and two five-pointed stars in the center .
