Ramses II Temple
Dating back to the Twenty-sixth Dynasty, the remains of Ramsses II Temple (1200 B.C) is located About 24 km from the city of Marsa Matrouh in an archeological site known as Om El-Rajm or Omm El Rakhm. It was uncovered in 1942 by the archeologist Labib Habash and is worth admiration for the fascinating hieroglyphic engravings of the name of Ramses II over it.
