The Mosque and Sabil-Kuttab of Solayman Agha El-Silihdar situates in the Qasaba and northward Darb El-Asfar. It was established by Emir Sulayman who occupied many prominent posts in the days of Mohammed Ali including the Armor or the supervisor of the arsenal. He is credited to building other buildings in Cairo at that time.
