The Mosque and Khanqah of Nizam El-Din situates in El-Qalaa nearby a number of monuments that traces back to the Mamluk period including the Hod of Shaykhu and the Mausoleum of Yunus El-Dewedar. It can be reached through the road from the Northern Cemetery under Salah Salem Street. This complex was established by Emir Nizam El-Din who was in charge of the Khanqah of Siryaqus at the reign of Sultan El-Nasser Muhammed. He spent a huge amount of money for erecting this building.
