Mit Ghamr

Mit Ghamr is one of the major administrative centers in El Dakahlia Governorate that locates on Damietta Branch of the Nile. It covers about 346 km² and is one of the most crowded places in the governorate. Mit Ghamr comprises of a number of smaller towns and villages and encloses a wide range of agricultural lands and factories. Nowadays, it is one of the major industrial and commercial centers in El Dakahlia and is renowned for Aluminium industry and agriculture.
