The Military Museum locates within Saladin Citadel and contains a collection of weapons and costumes illustrating warfare in Egypt from ancient times. It was mainly a El Hareem palace established by Mohamed Ali Pasha and after its restoration it became a museum for military artifacts. It encloses a huge number of statues for Egyptian Presidents and prominent political leaders throughout history.
