El Bagour is one of the administrative centers of El Menoufiya Governorate that locates few meters away from El Qalyoubia Governorate. It comprises of a number of smaller villages and towns and the major part of its area is agrilcultural land. It is renowned for producing agricultural crops like Cotton ginning and other industries that depend mainly on agriculture and raising poultry. The most important monumental places in the city are El Arbaeen Mosque, Sidi Shehab Mosque and Sidi Yunes Mosque.
