Abu El Oyon Mosque

Abu El-Eyoun Mosque lies in Dashlout Village, near the city of Dairut, 75 km north-west of Assiut. With its wonderful architectural design, the mosque comprises the grave of the Muslim hermit, Ibrahim Abu Al Oyoun who died in 1940.‎ Every Friday, a famous celebration is held in the mosque's open courtyard to commemorate the respectable hermit.
