El Badrasheen is one of the cities of
Giza Governorate
that locates about 7km southward Cairo . It lies in a strategic position is bordered with
Helwan
City to the southand El Ayyat City to the west . It is a city of a great history since it is one of the oldest capitals in
Egypt
during the Fifth Dynasty . Nowadays it encloses a number of the important archeological sites such as Memphis , Saqqara , Dahshur , and Abusir . In addition to that it encompasses a number of small cities and villages that are renowned for various crafts and industries . El Badrasheen is famous for furniture , oil , cloths , carpets and textile industries in addition to her resonating fame in the field of palm tree plantation . Moreover the city is regarded as one of the major commercial centers in Egypt that provides the local markets with most of its essential goods and needs and provides a full range of job opportunities for youth .
