Dikirnes or Dekernes is one of the administrative centers in
El Dakahlia
Governorate that comprises of a number of smaller towns and villages . It locates about 20 km away from
El Mansura
City and covers about 21 , 00 km² . Dikirnes Center includes some monumental places that are worth visiting for its historical value including Tall Balah or Bella Hills that dates back to the Greco-Roman era and Ali Mubarak School that is regarded as one of the oldest schools in Egypt .
