This gold belt of Ptahshepses was discovered among the remains of the tombs in the valley Temple of Unas in Saqqara . It was wrapped in the mummy of Prince Ptahshepses . The belt is designed as a band of gold with attractive geometrically patterned beads . In the center of the belt appears a buckle of gold leaf with nice inlays depicting the pharaoh sitting on the throne while Horus , god falcon spreading his wings over him as a sign for protection . The belt is adorned with some hieroglyphic inscriptions for the names and titles of the prince .
